It is a centre with a strong museological character. The foundation has several objectives, the most important one is offering exhibitions of installations and autonomous art forms. The nestling of these exhibitions in a broad cultural programme and offering the centre’s facilities for several purposes give the centre a unique position on the Dutch art-map. The centre has facilities in which an undisturbed perception of modern art is optimal possible: in a complex of buildings and in an extensive statue park.
